Pura Vida Animal Rescue is an affordable Veterinary Health and Wellness Center located in Ringoes NJ serving Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset Counties and beyond offering high quality, affordable veterinary care. Our objective is to be a resource for information, education and services that will support and encourage responsible pet ownership. A simple goal, to keep veterinary services affordable and keep pets in their homes.
Pura Vida's services are open to everyone. We offer wellness and sick visits, general and specialty surgical procedures, dentals, laboratory testing, in house blood work, vaccinations, microchips, heartworm treatment, orthopedics, acupuncture, electromagnetic therapeutic treatment, fix a feral, and more.
We understand how important your pet means to you. That is why our staff is fully committed to giving your pet the best possible care. Surgical Consent, Exam and Release Form
The following consent form must be completed for all visits. Exams and surgical procedures. Once a date and time has been selected you must complete the consent form. Your appointment or procedure is not scheduled or confirmed until a consent form is completed. You must complete one form for each pet having an appointment or procedure. If you should miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment the form will need to be completed again for your next scheduled visit.
